In response to your comlnent on the 6.12 Status Report for the above estate,
please note that a copy of the January 11,2008 letter was mailed to your client. As
attorney of record, though, you are still responsible for filing the 6.12 Status Report.
Should you desire to withdraw your appearance you will need to file the appropriate
request with the Court.
Enclosed you will find another copy of the previously sent form. Kindly answer
all questions on it and return the same to the Register of Wills office within 10 days or I
will be con1pelled to file a Motion for Sanctions for Failure to Comply with Orphans'
Couli Rule 6.12.
