RECEIPT, RELEASE AND REFUNDING BOND
The
circumstances
leading
the
instrument are as follows:

1. Pauline L. Shank died on June 10, 2007, le~ng at
Will dated August 30, 2002, and probated June 22, 2007.
2. Said Will appointed Christal A. Burns, personal
representative of the Will and directed that the decedent's
property be distributed in accordance with the provisions of the
Will.
3 . It is the desire of the beneficiaries that all
bequests and devises be distributed without the formality of a
court proceeding to save the expense, publicity, and delay incident
to such court proceeding, and the personal representatives are
willing to make such distribution upon the receipt of a Receipt and
Release from the beneficiaries.
Intending to be legally bound, the beneficiaries: waive
an audit of the account; acknowledge receipt of the Account and
Schedule of Distribution and are satisfied that it represents what
the signors expect to receive as beneficiaries and; upon receipt of

the distribution, releases the personal representatives, and their
attorney, from any and all claims from the administration of this
estate and will hold them harmless against any claims against the
estate.
