This matter came for hearing on Plaintiff's Motion To Amend The Judgment Entry, Nunc
Pro Tunc. Upon due consideration thereof, the court finds that Plaintiff's Motion is well taken
and should be granted. Judgment is hereby rendered in favor of the Plaintiff and against
Defendants, Douglas Pieper and Douglas Pieper Voice & Piano, jointly and severally, in the
amount of $2,158.67, interest at 10% from the date of the original Judgment (June 24, 1999) and
costs. This is a valid, enforceable, and unsatisfied judgment.
