of Guardian, it is Ordered that Mary Haas is appointed to serve as plenary guardian of
the person and estate of Ralph Pierce, 1000 Claremont Road, Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania.
Mary Haas shall provide documentation and assistance requested by the County
Assistance Office in connection with Ralph Pierce's application for Medical Assistance
benefits.
Mary Haas shall also endeavor to identify and utilize Ralph Pierce's financial
resources, induding but not limited to income, assets, and long term care insurance, in
order to pay to the extent possible the outstanding balance on Ralph Pierce's account
with Claremont.
