NO. `7J~'q TERM 2008 M~.D BRANDALL INVESTMENTS 11 FARMHOUSE COURT MIFFLINTOWN, PA 17059 CONTRACTOR WHEREAS, TIMOTHY E. CARPENTER AND OLIVIA S. CARPENTER, are about to execute contemporaneously herewith a contract with BRANDALL INVESTMENTS, for the erection of a dwelling upon a lot of land situate as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN TRACT of land situate, lying and being in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as Lot No. 80, Point Comfort, Plan Book 2 Page 36. Now ~~- ~ ~ , 2008, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said owners to the said contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with contractor and the further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar to contractor paid by owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building and/or f' land by the contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
