ORDER OF COURT
b.:i-- day of February, 2008, following a proceeding
just held in this court, and upon representation by the temporary plenary guardian of the
person of Janette Neely and the intent to immediately place her in a personal care
facility, and of a concern by the guardian that doing so will result in interference by a
third party or parties, IT IS DIRECTED that the Sheriff of Cumberland County assist the
personal guardian in securing the placement of Neely in said facility.

ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 6th day of February, 2008, this matter
having been called for a full guardianship hearing this date,
and upon the request of Janette Neely for a continuance, the
continuance is granted. A full guardianship hearing shall be
conducted on Wednesday, March 5, 2008, at 8:45 a.m., in
Courtroom No.2, Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania. In the interim, within two weeks, at a time set
by the temporary guardian, Janette Neely shall submit to a
forensic examination by John Hume, M.D., a psychiatrist, at a
location chosen by Dr. Hume with no one else present. If
Janette Neely herself retains another lawyer to represent her at
the hearing on March 5, 2008, and that lawyer enters an
appearance, such appearance shall at that point supersede the
appointment of William Daniels, Esquire, as her counsel. Said
attorney and any expert retained by said attorney shall be paid
for by the temporary plenary guardian of the estate. Pending
further order of court following said hearing, the temporary
guardianship of both the person and the estate of Janette Neely
shall remain in full force and effect.
