DISCLAIMER OF INTEREST PURSUANT TO 20 P A.C.S. ~6202
ANNA MARIE SOSSONG, Personal Representative of the Estate of Edwin Goodhart,
Jr., hereby states as follows:
1. Edwin E. Goodhart, Sr. (the "Father") died on May 10,2007, leaving a Will dated
July 21, 2000 (the "Will"), which was admitted to probate by the Register of Wills of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. Letters of Administration C.T.A. thereon were granted to
Anna Marie Sossong on May 17, 2007.
2. Under the Will, the residuary estate of the Father passed to the Edwin E.
Goodhart, Sr. and Helen M. Goodhart Living Trust dated 7/21/2000 (the "Trust").
3. Edwin Goodhart, Jr. (the "Decedent") survived the Father but died intestate on
November 14, 2007. By decree dated January 14,2008, the Register of Wills of Butler County,
Pennsylvania appointed Anna Marie Sossong as Personal Representative of the Estate of the
Decedent.
4. Under Article Sixth of the Trust, the Decedent is entitled to receive one-half of
the trust estate, and his sister, Denise Konter, is entitled to receive the other half.

5. By Order dated January 18, 2008, Judge S. Michael Yeager issued a Decree
authorizing the Anna Marie Sossong to disclaim the interest of the Decedent in the Father's
Trust.
6. The Decedent did not accept any benefits from the Trust whether by income
distribution or principal distribution, did not exercise control of the assets of the Trust as a
beneficial owner thereof, and now, by his Personal Representative, hereby irrevocable refuses
receipt of the benefits of the assets of the Trust that are being disclaimed in this document.
7. As Personal Representative of the Estate of Edwin Goodhart, JI., the undersigned
hereby irrevocably disclaims the interest of the Estate of Edwin Goodhart, Jf. under Article Sixth
of the Edwin E. Goodhart, Sf. and Helen M. Goodhart Living Trust dated 7/21/2000.
8. By terms of the Trust, the share of the Decedent now passes to Denise Konter.
9. Anna Marie Sossong, Personal Representative of the Estate of Edwin Goodhart,
Jr., intends to deliver this disclaim to Anna Marie Sossong, Personal Representative of the Estate
of Edwin E. Goodhart, SI., and, if necessary, file it with the Clerk of the Orphans' Court
Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, pursuant to 20 Pa.
C.S. ~6204.
