AND NOW, this 6th day of February, 2008, having received a single response from Rosemary
Arend to the Citation issued on January 10, 2008 which does not indicate objections to the issuance of
Letter of Administration to Keystone Guardianship Services, IT IS DECREED that Letters of
Administration be issued to Keystone Guardianship Services, as requested in their Petition for Probate
and Grant of Letters dated January 9, 2008.
Keystone Guardianship Services shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of
Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
