Wilson), hereinafter cal ed Owner, d the above contracting firm, hereinafter called Contractor, wherein and whereby said Contractor undertook and agreed to construct a 3200 SF single story office building, upon property owned by Mark G. NOW, this, day of 2008, this agreement witnesseth, that the said Contractor for and m consideration the sumo ne Dollar ($1.00) to him in hand paid by the said Owner, receipt whereof is hereby acknowled ed, for himself, and his sub-contractors, and all parties acting through or under him, covenants and agrees that no mechanics liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by him, them or any of them against the said building and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto, for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by him, them, or any of them under said contract, or otherwise, for, towards, in and about the said building/tenant space, and the said Contractor, for himself and his sub-contractors, and other under him, hereby expressly waives and relinquishes the right to have, file or maintain any mechanics liens or claims against the said building and agrees that this agreement waiving the right of lien shall be an Independent covenant.
