IN RE: ESTATE OF ALICE C. WERTZ, LATE OF THE BOROUGH OF SHIREMANS-
TOWN, COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND AND STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA, DECEASED.
SCHEDULE OF PROPOSED DISTRIBUTION
Suggestion is made, that the balance in hands of Accountant
for Distribution, to wit, the sum of $7,$00.00, consisting entirely
of real estate, be made in KIND to decedent's sister, E. HAE WERTZ,
in compliance of the provisions contained in item "SECOND:" of de-
cedent's Last Will and Testament, wherein she gives, devises and
bequeaths her entire estate to her said sister, E. MAE WERTZ, who
survives her, and therefore Distribution is proposed as follows:
IN KIND, all the right, title, interest and ownership
whatsoever of the decedent, to decedent's sister, the
aforesaid E. Mae Wertz, in and to ALL THAT CERTAIN House
and Lot of Ground situate in the Borough of Shiremanstown,
County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, known and
numbered as 18 East Green Street, Shiremanstown, Penn-
sylvania.

Notary Public, in and for said Commonwealth and County, E. Mae Wertz,
Executrix of the Last Will and Testament, of Alice C. Wertz, late of
the Borough of Shiremanstown, County of Cumberland and State of
Pennsylvania, deceased, who being duly sworn according to law,
deposes and states that the foregoing Schedule of Proposed Distribution
is true and correct and represents a correct Distribution of the net
assets of the Estate of Alice C. Wertz, deceased, and is made in
accordance with the provisions of said decedent's Last Will and
Testament and the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, applicable
thereto.

Shiremanstown, Pa. Appraised for Pennsylvania
Inheritance Tax purposes at $7,500.00. $ 7,500.00
Cash funds advanced to the Estate by E. Mae Wertz,
for the purpose of paying expenses incurred in
the Administration of decedent's estate, in-
cluding decedent's obligations and inheritance
