I dlrect that all expenses of my last illness, including hospital expenses, expenses for medical care, funeral expenses and the cost of a gravemarker, as well as all debts or obligations owed by me at the time of my death, which in the opinion of my Executors are not subject to either a legal or equitable defense, shall be paid from my residuary estate, unless otherwise provided herein, as soon as practicable after my decease, as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate.
