KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, GARY E. BRANDT,
being one of the heirs of Maryanna Senek Brandt, Deceased, late of the Township of
South Middleton, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, do hereby acknowledge that, upon
execution and delivery of this Release, I will be receiving of and from Gary E. Brandt,
Administrator of the Estate of the said Decedent, the following in full satisfaction and
payment of all such sum or sums of money, legacies, bequests, intestate shares and family
exemptions to which I am entitled by Will or as an heir-at-law and to which I am entitled
from the Estate of said Decedent:

NOW, THEREFORE, I do hereby remise, release, quitclaim and forever discharge
