APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN

AND NOW, August IS', 1978, at;Z:lf?I O'clock f. M., upon
consideration of the Petition filed herein and upon hearing
testimony from CRAIG JURGENSEN, M.D., the Court finds from
said testimony that the welfare of SARA STONE MILLER would
not be promoted by her presence in Court at the hearing held,
and the Court further finds from the testimony that the said
SARA STONE MILLER is unable to manage her property, is likely
to dissipate or become the victim of designing persons; it is
therefore ordered and directed that the said SARA STONE MILLER
be and she is hereby adjudged an incompetent and FARMERS TRUST
COMPANY, Carlisle, Pennsylvania is appointed guardian of her
estate.
