RELEASE OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE BY SOLE HEIR
Douglas E. Arnold, being the sole testamentary heir of the above Estate, hereby
acknowledges receipt of all assets of the Estate to which he is entitled under the terms of the
decedent's Last Will, including, but not limited to cash and cash instruments in the sum of
$99,500.00 and miscellaneous personal property, and that he hereby releases and discharges any
and all claims which he has, or might have, against Douglas E. Arnold, Administrator c.t.a., the
personal representative of the Estate, and the Register of Wills is therefore directed to note on the
docket that the administration of this Estate is concluded.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have set my hand and seal this L~~ay of January, 2008,
intending to be legally bound.
