to the First and Final Account and Statement of Proposed Distribution of
Helen F. Coover, Executrix of the Estate of Grace B. Fogelsanger, late of
Borough of Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, the
Decedent above named, within the time fixed by the Rules of Court, said
Account is hereby confirmed, said Statement of Proposed Distribution IS
approved and distribution IS awarded in accordance therewith. It is further
adjudged and decreed that the real estate to be distributed in kind, to wit:
TRACT of farm land with farm buildings erected thereon, situate in Southampton
Township, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, containing 79 acres, more or less.
BEING the larger portion of that tract of land which H.P.Main and Edith H.
Main, his wife, by their deed dated June 6, 1931 and recorded in the Office
of the Recorder of Deeds of Frankl in County, Pennsyl vania, in Deed Book Volume
242, Page 116, conveyed to Crist A. Fogelsanger and Grace B. Fogelsanger, his
wife, and the said Crist A. Fogelsanger died March 10, 1957, survived by the
said Grace B. Fogelsanger, now deceased.
(Farm originally contained approximately 94 acres, but approximately 15 acres
were condemned by Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for public road construction
on or about 1961.)
BE AND THE SAME is hereby awarded and allotted to formerly THE FIRST NATIONAL
BANK OF SHIPPENSBURG, now by merger, THE COMMONWEALTH NATIONAL BANK, Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania, and HELEN F. COOVER, daughter of Decedent, Testamentary Trustees
under Paragraph Second of Decedent's Will, and for the uses and purposes contain d
in Decedent's Will.
