KATHLESN ANN OvJENS respectfully represents that the
Decedent died on July 14, 1978, intestate, and that letters
of administration on this estate were granted to KATHLEE~! ANN
mvENS ON July 25, 1978.

Decedent was a widower at the time of his death.
2.
At the time of Decedent's death, he was domiciled within
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to-wit, at Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.

The names of all persons having any interest as heirs or
I next of kin are as follows: HELEN SUSAN BEVAN, Daughter, 1/3
interest in estate, sui juris; KATHLEEN ANN OWENS, Daughter, 1/3
, interest in estate, sui juris; and JAMES JOSEPH BEVAN, Son, 1/3
interest in estate, sui juris.

All of said parties at interest are living and have been
given actual notice of the filing of the account.

Assets Available for Final Distribution as per account

The estate is subject to the inheritance tax of t~e commenwe~lth
of Pennsylvania in the amount of $3,494.96. Said inheritance tax
was duly paid on April 12, 1979.

The estate is not subject to Federal inheritance tax.
8.
All creditors of the estate whose claims the accountant
has notice or knowledge have been paid in full.

The balance for distribution consists of Real Estate,
Stocks, and Cash.
No distribution has been made.
Suggested schedule for distribution: HELEN SUSAj1 BSVAN
be awarded the sum of $7,878.86; KATHLEEN k~N 'OWENS be awarded
the sum of $7~878.86; and JAMES JOSEPH BEVAN be awarded the sum of
$7,878.86. In addition thereto, a deed be executed by KATHLEEN
ANN OW'C-lES as Administratix of the Estate of James Richard Bevan,
Deceased unto HELEN SUSAN BEVAN, KATHLEEN ANn O;rJNES, AND JAMES
JOSEPH, share and share alike in fee simple in and to the Real Estate

i known as 508 Forge Rd., Carlisle, Pa., and conveyed to Decedent
by deed dated October 15, 1971, recorded in Cumberland County
Deed Records, Book I No. 24, Page 389. Also that said five
shares of Publicker Industries, Inc. be liguidated by said
i Administratrix and the monies generated thereby to be apportioned
equally among HELEN SUSAN BEVAN, KATHLEEN ANN O~ENS, and
JAMES JOSEPH BEVAN.
