E. S. T., it appearing that the First and Final Account and Schedule of Proposed
Distribution of Kathleen Ann Owens, Administratrix of the Estate of James Richa rd
Bevan, late of South Middleton Townsh ip, Cumbe rland County, Pennsylvania,
Deceased, have been filed and advertised in accordance with law and Rules of
Court and the same having been confirmed absolutely by the Orphans' Court
Divis ion of the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas on A u~ust 28, 1979;
and it appearing that the said Administratrix in her Proposed Schedule of Distri-
bution claims distribution to Helen Susan Bevan, Kathleen Ann Owens, and James
Joseph Bevan of the hereinafter-described tract of land in conformity with the
afore-mentioned First and Final Account and Schedule of Proposed Distribution,
it is ordered, adjudged and dec reed:
THAT ALL that certain tract of land with the improvements
thereon erected, situate in South Middleton Township, Cumber-
land County, Pennsylvania, bounded and desc ribed as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Western line of L. R.
21008, on the dividing line between Lots Nos. 3 and 4 on the
hereinafter-mentioned Plan of Lots; thence by said dividing
line, South 58 degrees 58 minutes 30 seconds West, 160 feet
to a point; thence by land now or formerly of Bernard L.
Winkleman and wife. North 31 degrees 1 minute 30 seconds
West. 100 feet to a point; thence by the dividing line between
Lots Nos. 2 and 3 on said Plan of Lots. North 58 degrees 58

minutes 30 seconds East, 160 feet to a point on the Western
line of L. R. 21008; thence along the Western line of L. R.
21008, South 31 degrees 1 minute 30 seconds East, 100 feet
to the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 3 of Plan No. 2 of Section "B" of
Forge Road Ac res as recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds for Cumberland County in Plan Book No. 15, Page
53;and being subject to the building and use conditions and
restrictions recorded in the Office aforesaid in Miscellaneous
Record Book 166, Page 512.
BEING improved with a brick ranch-type dwelling
house with attached carport, known as and numbered 508
Forge Road, Carlisle, Pa. 17013.
BEING the same premises which Bernard L. Winkleman
and Jane L. Winkleman, husband and wife, by their deed dated
October 15, 1971, and recorded October 15, 1971, in the Office
of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County at
Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "1", Volume 24, Page 389,
granted and conveyed to James Richard Bevan and Agnes C.
Bevan, husband and wife. The said Agnes C. Bevan having died
on January 30, 1976, title to the same remained vested by
operation of law solely in her surviving spouse, James Richard
Bevan who died July 14, 1978.
IS hereby awarded to Helen Susan Bevan, Kathleen Ann Owens, and James
Joseph Bevan, their heirs and ass igns, c/o Kathleen Ann Owens, P. O. Box 333,
Nicktown, PA 15762, the interest of each person being an undivided one-third
interest.
THE Recorder of Deeds in and for said Cumberland County is directed to
record this Order among the deed records in his office and to index the same in
the Grantor index in the name of Estate of James Richard Bevan, Deceased, and

in the Grantee index in the names Gf Helen Susan Bevan, Kathleen Ann Owens,
and James Joseph Bevan, in accordance with Section 711 and 3536 of The Probate,
