AND NCW COMES PATSY A. NAUGLE, Executrix and Accountant, by her
Attomey, HAMILTON C. DAVIS, and petitions your HONORABLE COURI' as follON's:
1. The said PATSY A. NAUGLE is the executrix of the Estate of
Sarah J. Geedy.
2. The said Executrix filed a first and final account on said estate.
3. Objection to said account was filed, pro se, by one John Alosi,
a claimant whose claim was not paid by the said Executrix and the validity
of which is disputed.
4. The filing of said obj ection by a party not having any interest ln
the Estate other than the disputed claim may result in the assessment of
the Auditor's expenses and fees against the objector.
5. In order to secure the payment of said expenses and fees, ill
the event the same are assessed against the objector, the objector, John
McCREA & DAVIS
Alosi, should be required to enter adequate security.
