GEEDY CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA ORPHANS' COURT DIVISION NO. 21-78-384 PETITION PURSUANT TO ORPHANS' COURT RULE NO. 8.8 FOR A RULE TO SHOW CAUSE WHY OBJECTOR TO ACCOUNT OF EXECUTRIX SHOULD NOT BE REQUIRED TO ENTER SECURITY FOR PAY- MENT OF AUDITOR'S EXPENSES AND FEES - ANSWER OF OBJECTOR AND NOW COMES JOHN ALOSI, by his attorney, Kevin A. It is denied that the Objector, John Alosi, should be required to enter adequate security. The claim in controversy involves certain home improvement work performed by Mr. John Alosi at the request of the decedent, Sarah J. Geedy, a bill for which was presented June 6, 1977, in the amount of $495.00. Said bill is still outstanding, the Executrix, Patsy A. Naugle, having refused to honor same. 6. Denied. Security in the amount of $250.00 is unwarranted and excessive under the circumstances. i I I II I WHEREFORE, Objector prays that your Honorable Court refrain from ordering him to enter security and/or to set a hearing in this matter.
