I recently received a copy of the enclosed court order from
opposing counsel, Hamilton C. Davis, Esq. The court order had
not been forwarded to me. I understand that Mr. Davis has no
objection to my having a few days to ascertain Mr. Alosi's
intentions in this connection. Inasmuch as I did not receive a
copy of the enclosed order until recently, I trust I will have
your indulgence in having a few days in which to post the required
security.
