PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF
AUDITOR AND CONFIRMATION
OF ACCOUNT
AND NOW, comes Patsy A. Naugle, Executrix and Accountant, by her Attorney,
Hamilton C. Davis, and petitions your Honorable Court, as follows:
1. Your Petitioner, Patsy A. Naugle, is the Executrix of the Estate of
Sarah J. Geedy and the Accountant on a First and Final Account filed with your
Honorable Court.
2. That pursuant to oral motion by Order dated November 9, 1979,
Murrell R. Walters III, Esquire, was appointed Auditor to pass on Exception
filed by John Alosi, a claimant.
3. That pursuant to Petition filed on behalf of the said Patsy A. Naugle
by Order of your Honorable Court dated October 30, 1979, a Rule was issued
upon John Alosi to show cause why he should not be required to enter security
for Auditor's expenses and fees.
4. After Answer filed on behalf of the said John Alosi, your Honorable
Court entered an Order dated December 12, 1979, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
5. Service of said Order was made by regular mail on Kevin A. Hess,
Esquire, Attorney of record for the said John Alosi, on December 20, 1979.
6. To date, the security in the amount of $250.00 has not been posted.

WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays your Honorable Court discharge the Auditor,
