I give, devise and bequeath all m:y property, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, to my beloved wife, HAZEL V. SHOAF, PRO- VIDED, HOWEVER, I direct that the real estate consisting of approximately ten (10) acres of grotmd in Southampton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, having two garages erected thereon together with the equipment used to care for and maintain the said property, which property is jointly owned by LESLIE D. SHOAF, HAZEL V. SHOAF and L. RICHARD SHOAF, shall be under the control of the said L. RICHARD SHOAF until such time as the said property is sold or otherwise disposed of. THIRD. SHOAF, should pre- decease me or if we should die in a common disaster, then in either of said events, I give, devise and bequeath all my property, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, as follows: 1. RICHARD SHOAP does not elect to purchase the said one-half interest in the said real estate I then dispose of the same as part of the remainder of my estate hereinafter provided for. 2. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest of my estate, real, person- al and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, in three equal shares, share and share alike, to my three sons, L. RICHARD SHOAF, J. KENNETH SHOAP and DONALD R. SHOAP; PROVIDED, FURTHER, that in the event any of my said sons desire to receive In Kind any of my said property, my said sons shall do so, upon such terms and con- ditions as are agreeable among my three sons.
