That your Petitioner is Nancy B. Seeds, of 305 Berkeley Road, Merion
Station, Pennsylvania, who is anlece of Louis T. Schoch, an alleged
incompeten t .
2.
That the alleged incompetent, Louis T. Schoch, is eighty-seven (87)
years of age, having been born on November 6,1891.
3.
That the said LouisT. Schoch is presently residing at South Mountain
Restoration Center, located in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. His legal
residence is R. D. 111, N~urg, Cumberland Courity, Pennsylvania.
4.
That the said LouisT. Schoch, because of mental infirmities'of old age
and because of mental infirmities due to. medical illness, is unable to.manage
his property properly and effectively.
5.
That the estate of the s~id Louis T. Schoch, so far as your petit.ioner
has' been able to determine is as follows:
A. Appr~ximately seven (7) acres of 'real estate with a two
fltory log cabin dwelling. home erected thereon and situate
in Upper Mifflin Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
owned jointly with wife, and having an approximate fair
m.arket value of $8'~OOO.OO.
