During the hearing on the above matter heard before Judge Shughart
this morning, I inadvertently placed Petitioner's Exhibit No. 3 \-1ith
materials from my file. I have enclosed this Exhibit to you for placement
with the other documents of record in this matter.
As I received the proof of publication from the Cumberland County
Law Journal just before the hearing, I did not have an opportunity to
make a copy of said proof prior to introducing it into the record. Would
you please make a copy of that proof and forward it to me, whereupon I
will reimburse you for any costs incurred in this regard.
