NIXON, of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory, and understanding, declare this to be my last will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all others wills and codicils heretofore made by me. I. I direct my executor or executrix, hereinafter named, to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my death as may be convenient. II. I bequeath to Margaret L. Sheridan, the following items: A. A yellow lamp with moulded glass shade, usually located in the window of the house~ B. Crocheted bedspread. III. I direct that any personal property, exclusive of cash, stocks, choses in action, and bonds, not previously disposed of by this will, shall be sold at public or private sale and the proceeds thereof added to my residuary estate. IV. I direct that any real estate which I may own at the time of my death shall be sold at public or private sale and the proceeds thereof added to my residuary estate. V. I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate as follows: A. Fifty per cent (5~/o) of my residuary estate to Etha May Zeigler~ B. Thirty-five per cent (35%) to Shirley Delp~ C. Fifteen per cent (15%) to John R. Snyder, Jr. VI. I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in con- sequence of my death, shall be paid from my residuary estate as an expense of the administration thereof. ~~1 ~_;_n. '.. . " . .- VII. I appoint Etha May zeigler as the executrix of my estate. I request that she be permitted to serve in said capacity without giving bond for the faithful performance of her duties in this or any other jurisdiction.
