depose and say that on the 3rd day of December, 1979, I mailed the
Citation and certified copy of the Petition in the appeal of the
above estate from the appraisement for transfer inheritance tax
purposes by the Department of Revenue; that said Citation and
Petition were mailed as stated to the Secretary of Revenue and
Attorney General; and that same were received on December 4, 1979, as
evidenced by the attached return receipt articles No. 231894 and
231895.
