Hurner, Esquire Farmers Trust Building One West High Street Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013 Re: In Re: Petition of Mabel A. Ward for Private Sale of Real Property No. 365 Orphans' 1978 - C.P. Cumberland County Our File No. 8314 Dear Jim: I enclose herewith the original and one copy of a Petition to Make Rule Absolute and proposed Order of Court in connection with the above-captioned matter. At your earliest convenience would you please present this Petition to the Court for its consideration and disposition. Because Paragraph 6 of the Petition alleges that Vance Leroy Kemberling, Petitioner's son who has been absent and unheard from, has failed to enter his appearance, to answer, or to otherwise plead to the Petition for Rule to Show Cause and Rule of Court dated April la, 1979, I would appreciate it if you would quickly check the docket in this matter to verify the same. Upon entry of the appropriate Order by the Court, would you please file the same with the Clerk of the Orphans' Court Division and obtain those proceeds, including interest thereon, which have heretofore been held by him in trust for Vance Leroy Kemberling. Please have the Clerk of the Orphans' Court certify a copy of the Petition and Order upon ~ filing. I have enclosed our draft in the amount of $4.00 to cover the cost of filing this document. Should you have any questions concerning this matter, please give me a call. Thank you for your kind assistance. Very truly yours, ./ -1-./ i..- 7- LJ<-y~ ,,~'^^ ~J.
