incorporated herein and attached hereto,
NOW, D~cemb~r 26, 2003, at the ~ of and immediately before th~ execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence
work on the said building, or purehar~ materials for the san~ ia consideration of the making of the said
coniract with Contractor and the fm'ther consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner,
it is agreed that uo li~n shall be filed agaiast the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by
any of the materialmen or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra
labor or materials purchased for the eractinn of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived,

ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate in Upper Allen township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, and bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Eastern right-of-way line of Canterbv~ Drive (50.00 feet
wide), said point being located at the Southwestern comer of Lot No. 54; then along the Southern
boundary line of Lot No. 54, SouZA 51 degrees 04 minutes 01 seconds East, for a distance of
150.00 feet, to a point along the right-of-way 1/ne of Gettysburg Pike (36.00 feet wide); then
along sa/d fight-of-way I/ne of Gettysburg Pike, Sonth 38 degrees 55 rninutes 59 seconds West,
for' a distance of 80.00 feet, to a point at the Northeastern corner of Lot No. 54 of Canterbury

III, which is recorded ha Cumberland County in Plan Book 66, Page 77.
