Dear Mr. Feinour:
In accordance with Court Order NO. 365 Orphans' 1978 signed
by President Judge Dale F. Shughart on Sept~ 11, 1979, we are
hereby paying over the monies that we were holding in escrow
for Vance L. Kemberling in the Carlisle Depository of Commonwealth
National Bank. There was $433.00 initally deposited on November
20, 1978 in a regular statement saving account earning to this
date '18.49 interest. Enclosed find cashiers check #: 18 23842
drawn in the amount of $451.49. All bank records regarding this
matter will become part of the Permanent files in this office.
