OF CARLISLE, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, DECEASED
STATEMENT OF PROPOSED DISTRIBUTION
The Accountant herein proposes to distribute the Estate in
accordance with the terms of the Last Will and Testament of the
deceased as follows:
Fifty per cent (50%) of the residue to
Etha M. Zeigler
Thirty-five per cent (35%) of the residue to
Shirley De1p

Fifteen per cent (15%) of the residue to
John R. Snyder, Jr.

and says that she is the Executrix of the Estate of Charles D.
Nixon, and that the facts set forth in the foregoing Proposed
Schedule of Distribution are true to the best of the affiant's
knowledge, information and belief.

!!AST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, CHARLES D. NIXON, of Carlisle, Cumberland County,
pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory, and
,understanding, declare this to be ~y last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking any and all others wills and codicils heretofore
made by me.
I. I direct my executor or executrix, hereinafter named,
to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my'
death as may be convenient.
II. I bequeath to Margaret L. Sheridan, the following items:
A. A yellow lamp with moulded glass shade, usually
located in the window of the house:
B. crocheted bedspread.
III. I direct that any personal property, exclusive of
cash, stocks, choses'in action, and bonds, ,not previously
.
disp~sed of by this will, shall be sold at pUblic or private
sale and the proceeds thereof added to my residuary estate.
IV. I direct that any real estate which I may own at the
time of my death shall be sold at pUblic or private sale and
the proceeds thereof added to my residuary estate.,
V. ,I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
,r~ainder of my estate as follows:
A. Fifty per cent (50"/0) of my residuary estate'to
Etha May Zoiglcr1
B. Thirty-five per cent (35%) to Shirley Delp:
c. Fifteen per cent (15%) to John R. Snyder, Jr.
VI. I direct that all taxes that maybe assessed in con-
sequence of my death, shall be paid from my residuary estate as
an expense of the administration thereof.
