LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF VINCENT MARAGLIOTTI I, VINCENT MARAGLIOTTI, of Summerdale, Perry County, Penn- sylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all former Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made. ITEM I: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Executor as soon after my death as is conveniently possible. ITEM II: I direct that all taxes that may be asses sed in conse- quence of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction im- posed, shall be paid from my residuary es tate as a part of tre cos t of admi.nistration of my estate. ITEM III: I hereby make the following specific bequests and de- vises: (a) To my son, Vincent MarIotti, all musical equipment,re- cords and stereo tapes. (b) To my daughter, Iris Guarducci, all of my personal books, sketches and drawings (of which I am the artist) and all art studio equipment, but none of my paintings, which are to be sold. (c) To my housekeeper, Catherine E. Stroup, be allol/Ved to live in and remain in my home at 109 Miller Street, Summerdale, Pennsylvania, rent free, until the property is sold by my Executor. ITEM V: I direct that the remainder of my tangible personal pro- perty (except cash on hand) be appraised and sold subject to the right of first: refusal of my hereinafter named residuary beneficiaries to purchase said property at fifty (50%) per cent of the appraised value. If any disagree... ment arises between said beneficiaries, I direct my Executor to sell said property and the proceeds added to my residuary es tate. ITEM VI: I hereby order and direct my hereinafter named Executor to divide all of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal or rnixed, of whatsoever nature, kind and description, wheresoever situate, of which I may have the power of disposition or appointment at the time of my death, and to make distribution in cash or in kind as follows: (a) Thirty (30%) per cent to be divided equally among my children, Vincent MarIotti, Iris Guarducci and Vivian Cannavaro, and if any of my children predecease me, then their share shall be divided equally among their then living children. (b) Thirty (30%) per cent to be divided equally among the children (who are alive at the time of my death) of Vincent MarIotti, Iris Guarducci, and Vivian Cannavaro. (c) Fifteen (15%) per cent to be divided equally among the grandchildren (who are alive at the time of my death) of Vincent MarIotti, Iris Guarducci, and Vivian Cannavaro. ITEM VII: I have deliberately made no provision in this, my Last Will and Testament, for the benefit of my three (3) children, Rose Albarino, Gloria T'etzloff, and Laura Marguerite, nor for their children, or their grandchildren, and it is my intention that these specific children have no rights of inheritance. ITEM VIII: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint John W. Purcell, Esquire, to serve as my Executor under this my Last Will and Testament.
