STATEMENT OF PROPOSED DISTRIBUTION
The Statement of Proposed Distribution reflects first,
the election of Beatrice M. Claus as surviving spouse, to take
against decedent's will, filed August 2, 1978, and, second, the
agreement of all devisees and parties in interest of Tamec Farms,
that the conditions imposed by decedent's will were incapable of
performance and that the property should be sold and the proceeds
divided.
Accordingly, for purposes of distribution the gross sales
price is given, reduced by the specific expenses applicable to
each, as well as a proportionate share of administrative expenses,
so as to give the maximum effect possible to decedent's will.
