The undersigned hereby appeals to the Orphans' Court Division
of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, under the provisions of Section
908 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code, from the decision
of the Register of Wills on May 5, 1978 in the above captioned
Estate, admitting to probate a certain writing, dated March 18,
1976, as the Last Will and Testament of said decedent, and granting
Letters Testamentary thereon.
