suant to Section 907, Probate, Estate and Fiduciary Code, 20 Pa.C.S.A.
~907, hereby certifies the entire record of the Estate of Vincent
Maragliotti, Deceased, Late of East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, Estate No. 21-78-240, to the Court of Common Pleas
of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, Orphans' Court Division. Speci-
fically, the said records in the above-described Estate consist of
the following:
1. Petition for Probate of Will and Letters
TE~stamentary in the Estate of Vincent Maragliotti,
Deceased, dated May 5, 1978.
2. Original copy of a writing purporting to
be the Will of Vincent Maragliotti, dated March 18,
1976, together with the Oath of Subscribing Witnesses,
Affidavit of Death, Oath of Personal Representative
and Decree issued by the Register of Wills of Cumber-
land County probating said Will, dated May 5, 1978.
3. Official Receipt, Pennsylvania Inheritance
Estate Tax, acknowledging payment on account of In-
heritance Tax in the amount of $5,000.00.
