EDDY, of the Borough of Mechanicsburg, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills, codi- ci1s and other testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made. 1. I direct my Executrix, hereinafter named, to pay as soon as prac- ticab1e after my decease all my just debts and the expenses of my last illness and burial. 2. All tangible personal property, including, without limitation, jewelry, clothing and other articles of personal use or adornment, household furniture, furnishings and other articles of household use or ornament, and automobiles, but excluding money, owned by me at the time of my death, I give and bequeath to my beloved cousin, Mrs. Mary Byrne, and if she predeceases me, to my beloved cousin, Thomas Shannon. 3. I give and bequeath my two hundred seventeen (217) shares of American Telephone and Telegraph common stock to my beloved cousin, Mrs. Mary Byrne, and if she predeceases me, to her children surviving me in equal shares. 4. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate - real, personal and mixed - I give, devise and bequeath to each of the following named persons in the shares so specified: (a) To my beloved first cousin, Mrs. Mary Byrne, now residing at 211-33 99th Avenue, Queens Village, New York, one-third (1/3) of my residuary estate, and if she predeceases me, to her children surviving me in equal shares. (b) To my beloved first cousin, Thomas Shannon, now residing at 332 East 67th Street, New York, New York, one-third (1/3) of my residuary estate, and if he predeceases me, to his daughter, Patricia Shannon. 861 ". I direct that my personal representative shall not be required to give bond for the faithful performance of her duties in any jurisdiction. 7. It is my desire that my funeral arrangements shall be handled by the Abbey Funeral Directors, Inc., 888 Lexington Avenue, New York, New York, and that my mortal remains shall be laid to rest in my family's cemetery plot located in Calvary Cemetery, Borough of Queens, City of New York.
