SUPPLEMENTAL
PETITION
NOW COMES John W. Purcell, Executor of the Estate of
Vincent Maragliotti, and petitions the court as follows:
1. Petitioner is John W. Purcell, an adult individual
residing at 500 Brentwater Road, Camp Hill, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, who serves as the Executor of the
Estate of Vincent Maragliotti.
2. On June 17, 1980, by separate Petition, your Petitioner
requested leave of Court to deposit funds for minor distributees
in the estate of Vincent Maragliotti in a restricted account at
Cumberland Valley Savings and Loan Association, a federally insured
institution, located in Cumberland County, pursuant to local
rule 125.3.
3. Petitioner has been contacted by several of the parents
of the minor distributees, said parents requesting that the funds
be deposited for the respective minors in separate accounts located
at federally insured institutions in their home states.
4. Christine Rovnak, parent and natural guardian of Dennis
R. Rovnak and Jason N. Rovnak, has requested that their respective
distributions of $3,806.37 be deposited at the Poughkeepsie Savings
Bank at 707 Main Street, Poughkeepsie, New York 12602, a federally
insured institution in the State of New York.

5. Ronald T. Cannavaro, parent and natural guardian of
Richard B. Cannavaro has requested that the distribution of
$3,806.37 be placed in a restricted at the State National Bank
of Connecticut at 240 Greenwich Avenue, Greenwich, Connecticut
06810.
6. Your Petitioner has attached copies of the notarized
consent of these parties to such a deposit in their home state,
if possible, attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibits
"A" and "B", respectively, each of said minors being less than
fourteen years of age.
7. Your Petitioner does not oppose a deposit to a
restricted account to be located in a federally insured institution
in a foreign state, closer to the respective distributees.
8. The ages of the minor distributees in question are such
that the sums will remain on deposit in excess of ten years
for each of the above children.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests leave to deposit the funds in
a restricted account, pursuant to Cumberland County Rule 125.3,
at the respective banks requested by each of the parents in their
home state, so long as said banks are federally insured financial
institutions, said funds not to be withdrawn without prior Order
of this Court or a Court of responsible jurisdiction until the
respective minor attains the age of 18 years, at which time the
funds may be paid directly to said minor.

CONSENT AND JOINDER
I, CHRISTINE ROVNAK, hereby consent and join in the
Petition of JOHN W. PURCELL, Executor for the estate of
Vincent Maragliotti, to permit the distribution of Three
Thousand Eight Hundred Six and 36/100 ($3,806.36) Dollars
for Dennis R. Rovnak and Three Thousand Eight Hundred Six
and 37/100 ($3,806.37) Dollars for Jason N. Rovnak from the
estate to be paid directly to the ( Poughkeepsie Savings Bank
name of bank
707 Main St. Poughkeepsie, N.Y. 12602)
a federally insured institution, and there to be held until
my sons attain the age of eighteen, permitting no withdrawal,
except as authorized by a prior Order of Court.
