AND NOW, this I g" t of ~/'--"--, 1980, upon considera-
tion of the annexed Petition, John W. Purcell is hereby authorized
and directed to distribute the respective shares of the minor distri-
butees, to wit: Jonathan Marlotti, William J. Schrenkel, Susan C.
Schrenkel, Amy J. Schrenkel, Dennis R. Rovnak, Jason N. Rovnak and
Richard B. Cannavaro, to separate accounts at the Cumberland Valley
Savings and Loan Association, in the name of the natural guardian of
the respective minor, subject to the express restriction, to be noted
on the records of the depository, that no withdrawals shall be made
therefrom without prior Order of Court until the respective minor at-
tains the age of 18 years, at which time said sums, including interest,
are to be paid over immediately to the respective eligible distributees.
Evidence of the deposit by passbook marked to indicate the restriction
shall be promptly exhibited to this Court, and such shall constitute a
complete release of the executor-petitioner from liability to the
estate of the minors.

NOW COMES JOHN W. PURCELL, Executor of the estate of
Vincent Maragliotti and petitions pursuant to Cumberland
County Rule 125.3 as follows:
1. Petitioner is John W. Purcell, an adult individual
residing at 500 Brentwater Road, Camp Hill, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, who serves as the Executor of the Estate
of Vincent Maragliotti.
2. By the terms of the Will and ultimately the Petition
for Distribution filed with the First and Final Account on
May 16, 1980, in the office of the Register of Wills of Cumberland
County, the following minors are entitled to the net sums
stated:

3. Local Rule 125.3 permits deposit of such funds to a
restrictive account in a federally insured depository in
Cumberland County.
4. The entire real and personal estate of each of the
respective minors does not exceed a net value of Ten Thousand
($10,000) Dollars and does not exceed the statutory limitations.
5. Your Petitioner requests that the restricted account
be established at Cumberland Valley Savings and Loan Association,
3216 Trindle Road, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests leave to deposit the
funds in a restricted account, pursuant to Cumberland County
Rule 125.3, at Cumberland Valley Savings and Loan Association,
3216 Trindle Road, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, a
federally insured financial institution located in Cumberland
County, said funds not to be withdrawn without prior Order of
this Court until the respective minor attains the age of 18
years, at which time the funds may be paid directly to said minor.
Petitioner also requests that thE Honorable Court, upon
Petitioner depositing the money to such a restricted account in
an acceptable financial institution, as previously stated, that

your Petitioner be fully released from any further liability to
the estate of the minor upon producing evidence to this Court
of such deposit under the prescribed terms.
