I enclose copy of letter sent to Mr. Richard E. Anderson
dated April 19, 1979, former Register. I received the papers
mentioned in the first paragraph.
I have not received the final accounting mentioned in
the second paragraph although I have written another letter
asking for a copy of this account at my expense. I have also
talked to someone on the telephone since.
My wife, Mrs. Rose A1barino, was a daughter of the
testator, whom I represent.
I shall be obliged if you will send me a copy as soon
as possible and I shall be glad to reimburse you immediately
for the xeroxing expense.
