PETITION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL
I, Andrew H. Shaw, attorney of record for the Estate of Gary Lee Bremer, Jr., deceased,
hereby request leave of this Court to withdraw my appearance as attorney of record for said
Estate.
1. The client has failed substantially to fulfill an obligation to counsel regarding services
provided;
2. Counsel has sent multiple letters to the client requesting the client to contact counsel, but
client has failed to contact client.
3. Counsel has been unable to discuss any parts of this Estate for more than 6 months.
4. There has been substantial disagreement between counsel and the Plaintiffs regarding the
manner of representation, causing counsel great difficulty in continuing in this matter.
5. By letter dated December 31, 2007, Counsel made one final request that client contact
counsel, or counsel would withdraw from the matter.
6. To date, client has failed to contact counsel.
7. Counsel for the spouse of the Decedent has been contacted and concurs in this request.

8. The Honorable Kevin A. Hess has been assigned other matters related to this Estate.
WHEREFORE, Andrew H. Shaw, Esquire, requests that his appearance as Attorney of
Record for the Estate of Gary Lee Bremer, Jr. be withdrawn.
