I, MABE J. HAFER, of R. D. 1, Boiling Springs, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 7007, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make,
publish and de lare this as and for my last will and testament, hereby specifically
revoking ahy rior will made by me.
FffiST. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon
as practicable er my death. I direct that all estate and inheritance taxes shall be
paid by my ex cutor out of my estate.
SEC<j>ND I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, specifically includ-
ing any autorno ile that I might own at the time of my death, to my beloved husband,
Glenn T. Hafer, absolutely, if he is Ii ving at the time of my death.
THIRD. If my husband, Glenn T. Hafer, is not living at the time of my death,
then I dispose f my estate as follows:
(~) give and bequeath the sum of Five Thousand ($5,000.00)
Dollars t Farmers and Merchants Trust Company of Chambersburg,
Chanj:lber burg, Pennsylvania, in tru!!at, it to invest and reinvest
the slame havinl wide discretionary powers as to investments, in-
cludi(ng e right to invest in shar~s of the corporate trustee or
shares 0 its common trust fund, arid to pay the net income there-
from, no less than quarter 1 y, to my sister, Florence M.
Kempter as long as she shall live , and I give and bequeath to her
such it s of personal property as she may select which belong to
my hus nd and me, excepting the Smith reed organ and the diamond
ring ~ U on the death of Florence M. Kempter, the income from the
trust! sha be paid to my brother, A. Edgar Snoke, as long as he
sh~'Iiv i and the items of personal property which she may have
selected hall go to the children of A. Edgar Snoke, in equal shares.
Upon th death of A. Edgar Snoke or upon the death of Florence M.
Kempter f the said A. Edgar Snoke does not survive her, then the
trust. sha I terminate and the proceeds thereof shall be. distributed
to the . dren of A. Edgar Snoke, in equal shares.
(]P) I give and bequeath to my niece, Dorothy Snoke Fortna,
the allov excepted Smith reed organ and the sum of Five Thousand
($5, doo. 0) Dollars.
(e) I give and bequeath to my niece, Margaretta Snoke Bolich,
the a1;:>ov excepted diamond ring and the sum of Five Thousand
($5,000. 0) Dollars.
(~) I give and bequeath to my husband's niece, F. Joyce Hafer
Stev~s, the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2,500.00) Dollars.
(e) I give and bequeath to my husband's niece, Suzanne Hafer
Keef$-, e sum of Two Thousand Five 'Hundred ($2,500.00) Dollars.
(~) I ive and bequeath to my husband's niece, Joan Hafer
Kwac~ela the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2,500.00) Dollars.
(g) I give and bequeath to my husband's niece, Carolyn Hafer
Simpson, the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2,500.00) Dollars.
(h) 11 of the rest and remainder of my estate, not including
certain p licies of insurance, shall be sold and converted into cash,

and the roceeds thereof shall be divided into four (4) shares as
follows:
( ) I give and bequeath one (1) equal share to the
Main enance and Endowment Fund of Salem Lutheran
Chu ch Cemetery, near Marion, Pennsylvania.
( ) I give and bequeath one (1) equal share to the
Cen al Pennsylvania Synod of the Lutheran Chul"c.h in
Am ica, to the Scholarship Fund for deserving students
fort e pastoral ministry of the Lutheran Church.
( ) I give and bequeath one (1) equal share to the
Cen al Pennsylvania Synod President's discretionary
fUnd 0 be applied to emergency aid to disabled parish
past s or their dependants.
) I give and bequeath one (I) equal share to the
Luth an Home for the Aging within the. territory of or
supp rted by the Lutheran Churches of Franklin, Cum-
berla d or Adams Counties of Pennsylvania, one by
prior ty.
FOURTH I name, constitute and appoint my husband, Glenn T. Hafer, ex-
ecutor of this y last will and testament; without bond, but if he should die before
me, then in: his place and stead I appoint Farmers and Merchants Trust Company of
Chambers burg, Chambe:rsburg,. Pennsylvania, executor, without bond.
