PROPOSED SCHEDULE OF DISTRIBUTION
The balance for distribution in the hands of Edith Joan
Bair, Executrix under the last Will and Testament of Caroline
E. Daniel, deceased, as appears by the First and Final Account
is: $73,491.16
The aforesaid balance consists of the items set forth
in the Distribution and Award below.

Recorder's Office in and for Cumberland

having an unpaid balance of
All those certain five pieces or parcels of land
situate in the City of Harrisburg, Dauphin
County, Pa., more fully described in the
Inventory filed in this Estate, being the
following:

1720 Paxton Street (at appraisal)
1718 Paxton Street under and subject
to Agreement of Sale dated June 3,
1953 between W. D. Daniel and
Caroline E. Daniel and Genevieve

The said Caroline E. Daniel, a widow~died July 4, 1978 having
first made her last Will and Testament in writing bearing date the
25th day of May 1m wherein and whereby she gave, devised and be-
queathed all of her estate to her daughter, Edith Joan Bair, who
survived the decedent and to whom Letters Testamentary were issued
on July 20, 1978.
Distribution is made in accordance with said Will.
No claims against the estate have been presented to the Accountant
except those indicated in the Account as filed.

to the best of her knowledge and belief.
