3102, und, in support thereof, respectfully re'Jresents as follows:
1. The followins- are the facts concerning decedent:

2. S'he Petitioner is the survivirlC~: spouse of decedent. Petitioner
resides at 2 Hest Locust Street, Bnola, East Pennsboro ~1ownship, Cum}Jcrlanc
County, Pennsylvania, 17025.
3. DecedE~nt died testate, and his -:~ilJ ~lhich has not been probate6
is attacht::c1 hereto as Exhibit "AP. Pursuant to the aforesaid r,1ill, Petitioner
is the sole heir of decedent.
4. The gross assets of decedent's estate consists of the items listea
in Exhibit "BtI, attached hereto, having a total value of $1,272.80
as of
J\pril 19" 1978.
5. Petitioner is entitled to c lainl tile family exemption.
G. '.:.'he debts and deductions of 6pcedent's estate a:IT'ount to S4,350.37
as listed in Exl1ihit "C", attached hereto.
7 . Petitioner filed an insolvent Penns~Tlvania Inheritance Tax R.eturn

on August /6, 1978, in behalf of decedent, and no tax has been assessecl.
8. Onc: of the assets list:ed in F:;c},jJ-:it "13" is two (2) shares (certificate
~Jos. 64RCOROG 3 and G4;~"\05 70(7) of AP:1erican 'T'Glcphone & Telc<]raph Co. stock. ~/'lhicn
are in the sole name of dec(~cent. The value of said sflares, as of April 15, 1978,

Petitioner will have the value of these shares available for use in paying debts
of decedant's ~state.
9. One of the ass(~ts listed in Exhibit "D'l is 'ten (10) shares (certificate
lio. UIFJA6425) of Uni tec1 Incon:.c Fund \\1hich arc in the sole na"!'r'le of :1eceoent. The
value of ~:;dic1 shares, as of Z\.pril 15, 1978, h'as $100.80.
It will be necessary to
secure an Order directing United Income Fund to transfer ownership of said shares
to Petitioner so that the value of sai0 shares are available to Petitioner for use
in payins debts of decedent's Estate.
10. Distribution to Petitioner of the assets of decedent's ~state for
use in paying aehts of decedent's Estate is proper for the following reasons:
(a) decedent's Estate is insolvent;
(11) Petitioner is the sole beneficiary under the. attClched r,'Jill
and the sole surviving spouse.
