M., E.D.S.T., it appearing that the First and Final Account and
Proposed Schedule of Distribution of Edith Joan Bair, executrix under
the last Will and Testament of Caroline E. Daniel, late of the Township
of Hampden, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, have been
duly filed and advertised in accordance with la,"" and Rules of Court,
and the First and Final Account and Proposed Schedule of Distribution
have been confirmed by the Court of Common Pleas - Orphans' Court
Division, of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania on October 9
, 1979,
and it further appearing that the said Edith Joan Bair is the sole
residuary legatee, devisee and distributee under the last Will and
Testament of Caroline E. Daniel, deceased, and it further appearing
that the said executrix has in her Proposed Schedule of Distribution
claimed credit for the distribution of said real estate in kind to
the said Edith Joan Bair, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed that,
ALL those certain five (5) pieces or parcels of land
situate in the City of Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsyl-
vania, separately bounded and described as follows, to wit:
NO. 1 - BEGINNING at a point on the northern line of
Paxton Street, two hundred ninety-one (291) feet west-
wardly from the northwest corner of Eighteenth and Paxton
Streets, at line of property No. 1714 Paxton Street; thence
northwardly along said line through the center of a partition
wall, ninety (90) feet to Lance Alley; thence westwardly
along the line of Lance Alley, twenty-two (22) feet to line
of property now or late of John E. Dare; thence southwardly
along said line, ninety (90) feet to Paxton Street; thence
eastwardly along the northern line of Paxton Street, twenty-
two (22) feet to the place of Beginning; thereon erected a
2-1/2 story brick dwelling, No. 1712 Paxton Street.

NO. 2 - BEGINNING at a point on the northern line of Paxton
Street, two hundred seventy-one (271) feet West of the northwest
corner of Eighteenth and Paxton Streets, at line of property of No.
1716 Paxton Street; thence in a northwardly direction along said
line through the center of a partition wall, ninety (90) feet to
Lance Alley; thence westwardly along the line of said Lance Alley,
twenty (20) feet to line of property No. 1712 Paxton Street; thence
southwardly along said line through the center of a partition wall,
ninety (90) feet to Paxton Street; thence eastwardly along the
northern line of Paxton Street, twenty (20) feet to the place of
Beginning. Thereon erected a 2-1/2 story brick dwelling, No. 1714
Paxton Street.
NO. 3 - BEGINNING at a point on the northern line of Paxton
Street, two hundred fifty-one (251) feet West of the northwest corner
of Eighteenth and Paxton Streets, at the line of property No. 1718
Paxton Street; thence northwardly along said line through the center
of a partition wall, ninety (90) feet to Lance Alley; thence west-
wardly along the line of Lance Alley, twenty (20) feet to the line of
property No. 1714 Paxton Street; thence southwardly along said line
through the center of a partition wall, ninety (90) feet to Paxton
Street; thence eastwardly along the northern line of Paxton Street,
twenty (20) feet to the place of Beginning. Thereon erected a 2-1/2
story brick dwelling, No. 1716 Paxton Street.
NO. 4 - BEGINNING at a point on the northern line of Paxton Street,
two hundred thirty-one (231) feet West of the northwest corner of
Eighteenth and Paxton Streets, at line of property No. 1720 Paxton
Street; thence northwardly along said line through the center of a
partition wall, ninety (90) feet to Lance Alley; thence westwardly
along the line of Lance Alley, twenty (20) feet to line of property
No. 1716 Paxton Street; thence southwardly along said line through
the center of a partition wall, ninety (90) feet to Paxton Street;
thence eastwardly along the northern line of Paxton Street, twenty
(20) feet to the place of Beginning. Thereon erected a 2-1/2 story
brick dwelling, No. 1718 Paxton Street.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to Agreement of Sale dated June 3, 1953
between W. D. Daniel and Caroline E. Daniel and Genevieve T. Snell,
having an unpaid balance of $3,344.45.
NO. 5 - BEGINNING at a point on the northern line of Paxton Street,
two hundred eleven (211) feet West of the northwest corner of Eight-
eenth and Paxton Streets, at line of property No. 1722 Paxton Street;
thence northwardly along said line through the center of a partition
wall, ninety (90) feet to Lance Alley; thence westwardly along the
line of Lance Alley, twenty (20) feet to line of property No. 1718
Paxton Street; thence southwardly along said line through the center
of a partition wall, ninety (90) feet to Paxton Street; thence east-
wardly along the northern line of Paxton Street, twenty (20) feet to
the place of Beginning. Thereon erected a 2-1/2 story brick dwelling,
No. 1720 Paxton Street.
BEING Tracts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 which Moe Baturin, Trustee of
Maude M. Shelley, by his Deed dated June 23, 1930 granted and conveyed
unto William D. Daniel and Caroline E. Daniel, his wife. The said
William E. Daniel died March 29, 1972 whereupon title vested solely in
the said Caroline E. Daniel by virtue of the law of survivorship.

are hereby awarded to Edith Joan Bair, her heirs and assigns, forever.
The Recorder of Deeds is directed to record this Decree among
the Deeds in his official custody and to index the same in the Grantor
Lndex against the Estate of Caroline E. Daniel and in the Grantee Index
to Edith Joan Bair pursuant to the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries
Code of 1972, Chapter 35, Section 3536.
