LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF VIOLET M. RUDY
I, VIOLET M. RUDY, widow, of Monroe Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding,
do make, publish and declare this as and for my last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and making void all Wills by me at a.ny time heretofore made.
1. I direct Ilf3' hereinafter named Executor to pay all of MY just debts
and funeral expenses as soon after my death as may be found convenient
to do so.
2. I direct that MY' interment be beside my husband in our burial lot in
the Mechanicsburg, Pa. , Cemetery.
3. I direct my Executor hereina.fter named, to convert into cash,
at either public or private sale or sales all of my property, both real and
personal, wi th the exception of the Mutual Provident Fund Stock, which stock
I direct shall be divided equa.1ly among my ten children, and the proceeds
less expenses of settlement of my estate, shall be divided into ten equal
parts with each of my children receiving a part, they being, to wit:
Paul L. Rudy, Clara J. Cassell, H. Wilbur Rudy, Lois G. Campbell, Helen
M. Nurtoff, stanley L. Rudy, Violet V. Derr, Beverly J. Talada, Linda F.
Price and Patsy J. Mixell.
If' any of my children be not living at the time of my death, then I direct
that the share of the child or children so dying shall be paid to his or her
children.
4. If any of my said children are not of legal age at the time of ray death,
then I direct that my son, Paul L. Rudy shall be their guardian until each
child not of legal age shall reach his or her ltajority_
5. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son, Paul L. Rudy, Executor
of this my last Will and Testament.
