Petitioner, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the decedent's
assets as set forth in the Petition be distributed and awarded to the petitioner,
Margaret I. Huffert.

PETITION FOR DISTRffiUTION UNDER SECfION 3102 OF
THE PROBATE, ESTATE, AND FIDUCIARIES CODE
To the Honorable, the Judges of said O:>urt:
The Petition of MARGARET I. HUFFERT respectfully represents that:
1. Isabelle M. Scull died on May 17, 1978, a resident of
517 North Bedford Street, Carlisle, O1mberland O:>unty, Pennsylvania.
2. Petitioner, Margaret I. Huffert, of R. D. 1490, Fleetwood,
Berks County, Pennsylvania 19522, is a daughter of the decedent and the
sole person entitled to the estate of the decedent under the provisions of
Cl1apter 21 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code, relating to inte-
state succession as well as sole legatee named in the decedent's Last Will
and Testament dated September 30, 1958, a copy of which marked "Exhibit
A" is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
3. No letters have been granted to administer the estate of the
decedent and no bond has been required or given.
4. Petitioner is sui juris and has received or retained no
property of the decedent under the provisions of Section 3101 of said Code.
5. No one is entitled to the family exemption.
6. The decedent owned no real property.
7. The only personal property of the decedent is:
35 shares common stock of United Utilities, Incorporated
now United Telegraph Communication valued at $19.00
per share $665. 00
United States Savings Bond, Series E, issued February
1943, No. Q 115326636E, valued at 70. 69
Total $735.69

8. Petitioner knows of no unpaid creditors of the Estate.
W HER E FOR E, petitioner prays your Honorable Court to enter
an order directing distribution of the estate to petitioner.

MARGARET I. HUFFERT, being duly sworn according to law, deposes and
says that she is the petitioner in the foregoing petition and that the facts
therein set forth are true and correct to the best of her knowledge, informa-
tion, and belief.
