LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MABEL H. KIMMEL
I, MABEL H. KIMMEL, of the Borough of Mechanicsburg, County
of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing
mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this
to be my last Will and Testament.
1.
I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses
as soon after my decease as the same can be conveniently done.
2.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal
and mixed, I give, devise and bequeath unto Marsha Digilarmo and
Saundra Gilbert, share and share alike.
3.
For the purpose of facilitating the settlement and distribution
of my estate I hereby authorize, empower and direct my Executrix
hereinafter named, or other personal representative hereinafter designated,
to sell any and all real es ta te which I may own at the time of my deoease,
at either public or private sale or salea and to convey the same to
the purchaser or purchasers thereof by good and sufficient deed or
deeds iri fee simple.
4.
I nominate, consti tute and appoint The First Bank and Trus t
Company of Mechanicsburg, Pa., guardian of the estates of the above
named Marsha Digl1armo and Saundra Gilbert, during their minority.
LASTLY, I nominate, constitute and appoint Marsha Dlgilarmo,
Exeoutrix of this my last Will and Testament, and in the event that
she is a minor at that time, or cannot serve in such capacity for
any reason, then in such event, I nominate, oonstitute and appoint The
First Bank and Trust Company of Mechanicaburg, Pa., Executor of this
my last Will and Testament in her place and stead.
