consideration of the within Petition of Commonwealth National
Bank, together with the Consent and Joinder of Andrea Roland,
it is hereby Ordered and Decreed that Commonwealth National
Bank, Guardian of the Estates of Robert W. Roland, Jr., Crhistina
Ann Roland and David G. Roland, shall pay the sum of $460.00
every four (4) wee ks to Andrea Roland who shall use said money
to help defray the living expenses of the minor children involved,
being Robert W. RolJnd, Jr., Christina Ann Roland an~~ ~

And it is further Ordered and Decreed that the Commonwealth
National Bank pay the sum of $136.00 per month directly to
Advance Mortgage Company for the mortgage payment.

PETITION TO PAY FOR SUPPORT AND
MAINTENANCE OF MINOR BENEFICIARIES
OUT OF PRINCIPAL
1. On May 2, 1978, Petitioner was appointed guardian
of the estates of Robert w. Roland,Jr., Christina Ann Roland
and David G. Roland.
2. The aforesaid minors are the children of Robert W.
Roland, Sr., Deceased, who died April 6, 1978.
3. The three minor children currently reside at 607
Magaro Road, Enola, East pennsboro Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, together with their mother and natural guardian,
Andrea Roland, and the ir half-brother Michael Burns.
4. Andrea Roland and the decedent Robert W. Roland, Sr.
were not married at the time of the death of Robert W. Roland, Sr.,
having been divorced prior to this death.
5. The premises 607 Magaro Road, Enola, Pennsylvania,
was ownE~d by the decedent in his own name and is an asset of his
estate.
6. Your Petitioner currently receives, as guardian,
the sum of Two Hundred Thirteen Dollars ($213.00) per week from
Pennsylvania Manufacturer's Insurance Association as Workmen's
Compensation death bene fits.
7. Commonwealth National Bank is also the Administrator
of the Estate of Robert W. Roland, Sr, deceased.
8. The real estate at 607 Magaro Road is encumbered
by a first mortgage through Advance Mortgage Company, Ph iladelphia,
Pennsylvania, and the current monthly payment is One Hundred Thirty

and insurance. The balance of which is $12,302.06 as of May
26, 1978.
9. As of August 31, 1978, the monthly payments on the
mortgage were in arrears from April 1, 1978 or Six Hundred Eighty
Dollars ($680.00) plus accrued late charges and in order to
prevent a foreclosure of the mortgage, your Petitioner, as
Administrator of the Estate of Robert W. Roland, Sr., paid the
sum of Six Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars and Ninety-Six Cents
($675.96) to the mortgagee out of the decedent's estate account
on September 12, 1978, which brough the mortgage current through
September 30, 1978.
10. The family unit, consisting of the mother, Andrea
Roland, the three minors. and their half-brother, Michael Burns,
receive the sum of Six Hundred Eighty Six Dollars and Seventy
Cents ($;686.70) per month from Social Security which is their
only source of income other than gifts.
11. The family unit has, inter alia, the following
expenses (monthly or monthly average):

12. Your Petitioner and Andrea Roland have met and
discussed the entire financial situation and have decided and
agreed that Petitioner pay the sum of $460.00 every four (4)
weeks to Andrea Roland which she is to apply toward the payment
of the expenses listed in Paragraph 11 with your Petitioner making
the mortgage payment of $136.00 directly to the mortgagee each
man t h .
13. Andrea Roland, a parent and natural guardian consents
to the entry of an order directing Petitioner to pay $460.00
every four (4) weeks to her to be used exclusively for the payment
of expenses listed in Paragraph 11 of this Petition. Her consent
and joinder is attached hereto.
14. Your Petitioner feels that it must retain the sum
of $256..00 every four (4) weeks in order to build up a proper
reserve '.
15. There is currently not sufficient income being
generatE~d by the assets to pay any of the monthly expenses
listed in Paragraph 11.
16. The sum of $852.00 which Petitioner receives, while
techn ically not income and therefore not distr ibutable under
Section 5164 of the Probate Estate & Fiduciaries Code at the
discretion of the Guardian, being Workman's Compensation benefits
for the surviving minor children of the deceased should, therefore,
be used, at least in part, to help defray the expenses of supporting
the three minor ch ildren.
WHEREFORE, Commonwealth National Bank as Guardian of the

Probate Estate and Fiduciaries Code, 20 P.S. 5164

an Order (1) directing Petitioner to pay $460.00 every four (4)
weeks to Andrea Roland for the support of the three minor children
involved, and (2) approving the payment of $136.00 per month
to Advance Mortgage Company for the mortgage payment.
And it will every pray.
