Dear Dick:
The petit:ion filed In the above matter is a first for me
in this ~Jort of a case and, frankly, I have very serious
questionn whether the guardian has any authority to make
the paymE~nts which you request from the minors' estates.
You have not attac~d any agreement indicating on what basis
you were employed in this case and, therefore, 1. do not
know the basis thereof. It seems to me that we should have
some authority indicating why the court should authorize ., Ut:;,-
payments.
