ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, March 31, 1982, upon consideration of the
attached petition, April 23, 1982, at 9:30 A.M. in Courtroom
No. 1 of the Courthouse in Carlisle, be and is hereby fixed for
a hearing on the above petition. Since it appears that there
may be a conflict of interest between the guardian and the wards,
J. Wesley Oler, Jr., Esquire, be and is hereby appointed as
special guardian a,d litem for each of the wards, his compensation

to be fixed at the conclusion of the matter and to be assessed
against the appropriate party and/or against the minors' estates.
