Enclosed please find a brief on behalf of the
minors in the above-captioned action. As Your Honor
will recall, the Court had requested briefs following
a hE~aring on April 26, 1982, in which a guardian of
the estates of several children had petitioned for per-
mission to pay certain costs of litigation out of the
children's estates.
